On 9 November 2022, the Board of Directors of Swedish Stirling announced that it intends to carry out a new issue of ordinary shares of approximately SEK 200m, before transaction costs, with preferential right for the company’s existing shareholders (the “Rights Issue”). On 29 November 2022, the Board of Directors resolved on the Rights Issue, including final terms, by virtue of the authorisation from the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 28 November 2022. On 22 December 2022, Swedish Stirling announced that a product sales agreement is unlikely to be reached with Glencore, and that the subscription period in the Rights Issue was extended until 31 January 2023. The complete terms for the Rights Issue and information regarding Swedish Stirling is presented in the prospectus that was published on 5 December 2022 and the prospectus supplement that was published on 2 January 2023. Shareholders and other investors who have already subscribed or applied for subscription for ordinary shares before the supplement to the prospectus was published are entitled to withdraw their subscriptions or applications. The withdrawal period runs from and including 3 January 2023, up to and including 31 January 2023. Further instructions on how to withdraw an application are to be found in the supplement. All relevant documentation and communication regarding the Rights Issue are available below under “Documents”.
